The Muskegon Risers indoor team fell to 0-2 on the season with an 8-6 loss the Iowa Raptors on Sunday in Iowa.
The Risers led 4-1 at halftime, but the Raptors scored seven of the nine goals scored in the second half.
Kyle Crain, Salvador Nunez and Miguel Flores all found the net for the Risers in the first quarter and Muskegon led 3-0 heading into the second.

The Rapids scored to make it 3-1 in the second quarter, then Muskegon’s Moses Crawford answered, putting the Risers up 4-1 at the break.
Iowa took control by outscoring the Risers 5-0 in the third quarter. Muskegon had a 2-1 edge in the fourth with Brandon Edwards and Cesar Alayo scoring.
The Risers will open their home season with a game against the Iowa Demon Hawks on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Trinity Health Arena.
