Bradley Richards’ double-double helped propel the Fruitport Calvary boys basketball team to a 77-71 victory over Fennville on Wednesday night.

Richards paced the Eagles with 33 points along with pulling down 17 rebounds.

The Eagles had a solid 55-41 lead in the third quarter but allowed 25 fourth quarter points.

Fruitport Calvary made 14-of-16 free throws down the stretch to seal the victory.

Quinn Swanson added 18 points for the Eagles, while Sam Zelenka had a near triple-double with 10 points, nine rebounds and nine assists. Gave VanBaale had a career-high six assists.

The Eagles improve to 5-4 overall on the season and will face Hudsonville Libertas on Thursday.
