Addison Nellis led a huge offensive effort for the Mona Shores soccer team Tuesday night, scoring four goals in an 8-0 win over Muskegon.
In addition to Nellis, Shay Norden, Lauren Hylland, Sophia Fisher and Mia Cooper each scored one goal. Hylland added three assists, while Fisher, Ali Trautner and Kelcy Benedict had one each.
The Sailors are now 6-1-2 on the season and improve to 4-0-1 in OK Green conference play.
NORTH MUSKEGON 3, GRAND RAPIDS COVENANT CHRISTIAN 0 — The Norse scored three second half goals to pull away after a scoreless first half.
North Muskegon scored quickly in the second half on a goal by Sam Johnson, assisted by Natalie Pannucci. Pannucci scored the second goal with an assist from Katie Kinahan.
The final goal of the evening came when a cross from Johnson deflected of a GRCC defender and into the net.
Emma Lamiman was in the net for the shutout for North Muskegon. The Norse are now 7-2 on the season.
MONTAGUE 8, HART 0 — A hat trick from Ava Pelton led the Montague offensive in a big win over Hart. Pelton added a pair of assists in addition to her three goals.
Braylyn Bultema had two goals and an assist, while Emma Peterson and Kendall Osborne both had a goal and an assist. Peyton Johnson scored a goal for Montague as well.
REETHS-PUFFER 2, HOLLAND 0 — The Rockets picked up a conference win over Holland on Tuesday night, improving to 3-2 in OK Green play.
Emma Martin and Billie Tryska both scored a goal for R-P, while Sophia Hekkema and Ava Klopp both had assists.
Tessa Lamphere made 10 saves in the net for the Rockets. Both teams had 10 shots on goal.
Reeths-Puffer is now 7-3 overall this season.
RAVENNA 5, POTTER’S HOUSE CHRISTIAN 1 — The Bulldogs picked up their second win of the season with goals from four different players Tuesday night.
Kaylyn Eden led the attack with two goals, while Zoe Marsman, Isabelle Emery and Marissa Calderon scored once each. Sidney Marsman made five saves in the net for Ravenna.
The Bulldogs are now 2-3-1 on the season.
