Hayden Carlson poured in 35 points to lead the Kent City boys basketball team to an impressive 78-46 victory over Orchard View on Thursday in a non-league matchup.
The Eagles exploded out of the games, downing six triples in the first quarter and taking a 30-13 lead aet the first break. Kent City then pulled away by outscoring the Cardinals 21-5 in the second quarter.
Jaret Jaramillo added 15 points for the Eagles while Kyler Larson scored 13.
Kent City finished the regular season with a 14-6 record.
