The Grand Haven football team fell 26-7 to East Kentwood on Friday night in an O-K Red Conference clash.
Grand Haven trailed 6-0 after one quarter before falling behind 19-0 at halftime.
In the third quarter, Ryan Francis punched in a four-yard touchdown run to cut the deficit to 19-7.
A fourth quarter interception return touchdown for East Kentwood made the final score 26-7.
Francis finished with 167 yards and one touchdown on 24 carries for the Buccaneers while Owen Worthington totaled 91 yards on 18 carries.
Bode Wilson led the defense with five tackles for Grand Haven.
The Buccaneers are now 3-5 overall on the season and will finish the regular season by hosting Rockford.
