The Fruitport boys bowling team did not have a very good weekend, sputtering a bit at its own invitational tournament, but on Monday the Trojans got back to regular dual meet action and returned to their winning ways.
The Trojans’ latest success came in a 24-6 victory over Comstock Park in an O-K Silver conference match.
The victory left the Trojans with a perfect 5-0 overall record, and a 3-0 mark in the conference standings.
Keenan Camp was the top Trojan on Monday, rolling the high score in both regular games and finishing with a 436 series.

The match started a little slow for the Trojans, who lost the first baker game and fell behind 4-0, but they dominated from that point forward. Fruitport won the second baker game and the baker bonus points to take a 6-4 lead.
The Trojans won the first regular game 881-696, and the second game 822-697, to gain eight more points. They also won the two regular game bonus points.
Dylan Winskas, Corbin Judd, Peyton Wirt and Camp each won their individual matchups in Game 1, earning four more points for Fruitport. Camp had the high score with a 224.
Remy Parker, Winskas, Judd and Camp won their matchups in Game 2 for another four points. Camp had the high score with a 212.
“We are very proud of the boys team for working hard to secure another big victory,” said Fruitport head coach Tim McKeeby. “We were focused on improving each shot and picking up our spares.”
The Trojans will hit the road to play Kelloggsville on Wednesday in another conference match.
