For the past three years, MuskegonSports.com has provided full wall-to-wall coverage of all Fruitport High School varsity sports, from the opening plays of the fall season to the final games in the spring.

Our relationship with the Fruitport Athletic Department is unique. Most local online news services attempt to cover all high schools within a certain geographical area, which results in very limited coverage for any individual school.

MuskegonSports.com focuses exclusively on Trojan sports, which gives Fruitport some of the most comprehensive sports coverage of any high school in Michigan.

In 2024-25, we published nearly 300 stories about Fruitport teams and athletes, and the viewer response was overwhelming. Between May 1 and June 7, for example, we posted 41 Fruitport stories, and they drew a total of 154,003 views on Facebook, with 349 shares. That averages out to 3,756 views and 8.5 shares per story.

Our website has truly become the very popular media home of Trojan athletics!
