The Fruitport volleyball team is officially on a roll.
The Trojans have now won 10 of their past 12 matches following a three-match sweep over three non-conference opponents on Wednesday.
Fruitport plowed past Big Rapids 25-12, 25-10; Hart 25-9, 25-8, and Fremont 25-22, 25-13.
The Trojans, who started the season 0-3, improved their record to 19-8. They are also 4-0 in O-K Silver conference play and will visit Comstock Park for a conference match today.
“The team’s strong start and consistent performance showed their maturity and determination to secure these three wins,” said Fruitport Coach Nicole Bayle.
Sadie Haase had another big day, producing 30 kills for the Trojans. Ellie Stroup added 15 while Gracelynn Olson and Izzy Hanson-Wilbur each had 13. Olson set up the attack with 62 assists.
Haase served eight aces and Tara Sweet chipped in seven.
On the defensive end, Stroup led with 21 digs, Emma Fecher had 20 and Sweet added 18.
