You know you’re in a great small town when the local businesses line up to support the high school athletic teams.

That certainly seems to be the case in Fruitport, where two more companies have signed on as new sponsors for MuskegonSports.com’s wall-to-wall coverage of all Trojan sports teams.

The two newest sponsors are Johnson Auto Sales, 14658 Apple Dr., and Mini-Excavating LLC, 800 E Ellis Rd.

They join a growing list of area businesses who are helping to give Fruitport’s athletic program as much or more media coverage than any other high school in Michigan.

The list includes our main sponsor, Mario Flores/VanDyk Mortgage, as well as The Eddie Alexander Group, The Storage Group, Source One Digital and TH Brands.

If you love to follow Fruitport’s teams in the fall, winter and spring seasons, remember that these companies make all the great coverage possible and deserve your support!

Our sponsors understand that high school sports are about far more than winning or losing. The programs help the kids develop self-discipline, solid work habits, a sense of responsibility, and an appreciation for the importance of teamwork.
