The Trojans got five points for the singles wins and four for winning the overall pin count in the second round, but fell short in the overall match score.

The boys team fell to 4-3 overall on the season and 3-3 in conference play.

“The score was not in our favor but our bowlers gave a great effort,” said Fruitport Coach Tim McKeeby. “Our two freshman, Bradley Dekker and Corbin Judd, had their best days of the season. They stayed on course for both games and set new personal records. Our bowling IQ grows in every match and we are ready to use our knowledge to achieve success.”
