The Fruitport volleyball team played tough in a four-set loss to a talented Holland Christian squad on Tuesday, falling by scores of 25-16, 19-25, 25-12, 25-21 in O-K Blue conference action.
Sadie Haase led the Trojan effort with 15 kills and four blocks while Gracelynn Olson totaled 19 assists, 14 digs, and two aces.
Lauren Riedel had a strong performance with 22 digs while Emma Danicek had five kills.
The Trojans are now 10-16 overall and 1-7 in the tough O-K Blue.
Fruitport will next be in action on Tuesday at Allendale.
