The Oakridge baseball team defeated Spring Lake 4-2 on Wednesday in a non-conference clash after a nervous seventh inning.
Spring Lake loaded the bases in the top of the seventh but ultimately the Eagles were able to hold on for a victory.
Adrian LaNore picked up the win for the Eagles on the mound while Matt Danicek picked up the save.
Ryan Cribbins went two-for-two on the night to lead the offense for Oakridge while Brody Jennings, Brayden Cunningham and Danicek all had a RBI.
Gerrit Lyyski scored both runs for the Lakers while also hitting a home run. Gabe May also added a RBI single.
Spring Lake falls to 13-8 overall on the season.
