The Oakridge baseball team defeated Whitehall 9-3 on Wednesday night in a conference clash between the two rivals.

The Eagles scored seven runs in the bottom of the third to take a 7-1 lead which helped them cruise to victroy.

Matt Danicek, Arturo Romero-Serrano, Brody Jennings, and Gage Lowry all had two hits on the evening to lead the Eagle offensive attack. Danicek and Evan Miller each had two RBIs.

Brody Jennings was the victorious pitcher, allowing two earned runs on seven hits while striking out three.

Kyle Stratton led the Vikings with two hits including a home run while also scoring two runs and walking once.
