The Montague girls basketball team earned a league win on Thursday, defeating Oakridge 38-30.
The Wildcats led 8-2 after the first quarter, 14-13 at halftime and 26-25 through three quarters before closing the game strong on a 12-5 run.
Ella King paced Montague with nine points, while Haylee Schwarz added seven points and five rebounds. Braylyn Bultema chipped in with six points and four rebounds.
The Eagles were led by Lily Blackburn with 14 points while Anna Lundquist added seven points and 12 rebounds.
Montague is now 15-7 on the season and 9-3 in league play, while the Eagles fall to 16-6 overall and 8-4 in conference competition.
