Fruitport wrestlers Nash Cooper and Hunter Leonard won individual championships at Saturday’s O-K Blue conference tournament.

Cooper is now 36-3 on the season.
Leonard won the 157-pound championship by beating Allendale’s Owen Schmuker 10-0.
Leonard is also 36-3 this season.
The Trojans finished in third place as a team with 113 points. Allendale won the title with 210.75 while Hamilton was second with 176.5.
Fruitport’s Roan Cooper took second place in the 120-pound division.
Finishing in third place for Fruitport were Caleb O’Neal (215), Kaiden Bell (285), Davis Johnson (113) and Trade Pider (165).
Andrew Fielstra took fourth place for the Trojans at 175 pounds.
Fruitport now turns its attention to the state team tournament, which begins with districts on Wednesday in the Trojans’ home gym.
“We wrestled tough in a tough conference tournament,” said Fruitport Coach Chad Johnson. “Our goal was to place in the top three as a team. Without everyone on the team competing that goal wouldn’t have been possible. I’m proud of everyone for doing their part individually to make our team a team. That has been our main focus throughout the season, to put our team first and the result will come.”
