Fruitport coach Chad Johnson had high praise for O’Neal, saying “Caleb wrestled the most complete match I’ve seen him wrestle all season.”

Johnson also said the Rockets simply got the better of his team on Wednesday, and the Trojans will have to pull it together quickly with big challenges ahead.

“Reeths Puffer is a well-coached team and came and just outwrestled us tonight,” said Fruitport coach Chad Johnson. “It’s our job now to pick up the pieces and have a great couple days of practice to get our team ready for the weekend.”

Fruitport will compete on Saturday at the Sparta Invitational.
