The Hart boys basketball team is off to a great start, and it continued on Wednesday at the Ferris State Invitational with an 80-46 win over Mesick.
Senior Parker Hovey led the Pirates with 27 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists while Diego Escamilla added 25 points and three steals. Blake Weirich added 13 points and 10 rebounds and Caleb Ackley had six points, five rebounds and three assists.
The Pirates are now 6-0 overall on the young season.
