ANTICIPATED TEAM STRENGHTS
We’re going to be scrappy and physical. We are going to focus on defense first. Trying to really push the ball up the court quickly.
ANTICIPATED TEAM CHALLENGES
We have a lot of the same type of player. Which is good and bad. We don’t really have a ton of size. We do have some quickness. Probably undersized at most positions.
TEAMS TO BEAT IN THE CONFERENCE
West Catholic and Holland Christian should be at the top.
FIRST GAME
November 29 home versus Holland
COACH QUOTE
“We practice hard. We practice fast. We’ve integrated a lot of things into practice to make it more upbeat. Our practices are structured with a lot quicker transition from drill to drill. We have music going throughout practice and we try not to let practice get bogged down at any time. We’re trying to keep things light. We talk about not taking ourselves too seriously. We like to have fun, but the girls are learning there is a time to get serious also.”
