ANTICIPATED TEAM STRENGHTS
Cook will be a huge strength, leading the Sailors from the point guard position on both offense and defense. The Sailors also return three players with championship experience who will help mold younger players.

ANTICIPATED TEAM CHALLENGES
Youth will be a challenge for Mona Shores as they return only three players with significant varsity experience.

TEAMS TO BEAT IN THE CONFERENCE
Reeths-Puffer and Zeeland West each seem to be returning a good chunk of experience while Muskegon has a ton of good young talent, especially at the guard position.

COACH QUOTE
“The fun part is you’re not quite sure where all the pieces fit together, whereas the last couple years it was very clear. This year gives us a little more uncertainty going in, and at the same time probably some excitement because you’re not sure what young kids can bring. We stress to them, it’s not about where we start each day, but where we finish. It’s the same with the season.”-  MikePhillips
