The Muskegon Lumberjacks would have had a pretty good weekend in Green Bay, if it weren’t for the second period.

On Friday the Green Bay Gamblers scored four times in the second and beat the Jacks 6-3.

On Saturday the outcome was nearly identical, with the Gamblers scoring three times in the middle period and coming from behind to beat the Jacks 6-3.

The Lumberjacks fell to 3-4-0 on the season while Green Bay improved to 4-2-1.

The Jacks will return home next Saturday to host Dubuque.
