The Mona Shores soccer team wrapped up the O-K Green regular season championship on Thursday with an easy 8-0 victory over Muskegon.

Gavyn Stout and Ezra Carefelle each scored twice for the Sailors while Greyson Drexler, Tommy Hylland, Gavin Miller and Ryan Burnaw had cone goal apiece.

Tommy Hylland, Easton Lopez and Abe Freye each had two assists. Kyle Anderson and Ethan Fulton were both credited with single assists. Goalie Dylan Brady got the shutout.

The Sailors are now 10-1-2 overall and finished with a 6-0 conference record.

Ludington remains perfect in conference with a 3-0 win over Oakridge

The Orioles moved to 6-0 in West Michigan Conference Lakes Division play with the win.

Parker Wendt, Spencer Holmes and Kyle Wendt scored for Ludington. Holmes and Parker Wendt each had an assist.

Goalie Connor Rudzki made three saves for the Orioles, who are 12-1-1 on the season.

Reeths-Puffer falls to Holland 2-1

The game was scoreless at halftime, then the Dutch scored twice in the final 22 minutes of the second half.

R-P’s Liam Smith scored his team-leading 19th goal of the season with under two minutes to go.

Gage Hopkins made 11 saves in goal for the Rockets while Gavin Wright had one.

Reeths-Puffer is now 5-6-2 overall and 2-4-1 in conference play.

The Rockets will take the field again on Saturday at 11 a.m. at home to complete a game against Forest Hills Eastern that was suspended due to weather earlier in the season. The activity will begin with 6:14 left in the first half and R-P leading 1-0.

Fremont puts up a fight but falls to Greenville 5-2

Evan Roosinck and Justin Guanga both scored first-half goals for the Packers, who trailed 3-2 at halftime.

Greenville scored two more goals in the second half to ice the win.

Ben Mellema made seven saves in goal for Fremont, which is now 4-9-1 on the season.
