The Oakridge soccer team launched its 2022 season by playing to a 3-3 tie with Kenowa Hills at home on Wednesday.
Arturo Romero scored twice for the Eagles while Ian Thompson notched the third goal.
The Eagles got two goals from Arturo Romero and another from Ian Thompson. Assists went to Bayden Mahnke, Isaac Utzinger and Ryan Cribbins. Goalie Keegan Williamsen had eight saves.
The Eagles will host the Oakridge Invitational on Saturday.
