The Hart baseball team ended their season on Saturday in the district finals after losing to Reed City by a 10-0 margin.
The Pirates advanced to the finals after beating Evart 10-8 in the semifinals.
Ty Schlukebir tossed the win after pitching 1 1/3 innings of relief while starting pitcher Blake Weirich tossed a no-decision, striking out eight batters in 5 2/3 innings.
The Pirates were led by Carter Ramseyer with three hits while Weirich and Brandon VanderZanden each added two hits.
Hart scored four runs in the seventh inning to overcome a late one-run deficit.
The Pirates only managed to produce one hit in the finals which came off the bat of Kory Charron.
Hart finished the season with a 12-16 overall record.
