The Fremont softball team defeated Hart 6-5 in dramatic walk-off fashion on Monday night in the first game of a non-conference clash.
Sydney Dunbar won the game for the Packers with a walk-off double in the eighth inning.
Pitcher Haley Zerlaut picked up the win on the mound while striking out 12 batters.
McKenzie Gugins and Madeline Baden led the offense with multiple hits for the Packers while Baden also had two stolen bases.
In Game 2, the Packers won 13-0 behind Sophia Romine who allowed just two hits over five innings of work. Dunbar, Laney Sipos, Romine, Baden and Gugins all had multiple hits in the game to lead Packer offense.
