A massive scoring effort from Kyler Larson helped Kent City stay unbeaten in CSAA Silver play Friday night. Larson scored 37 points to power the Eagles to a 74-46 win over Hesperia.
The Eagles were up 13-4 after one, 39-17 at halftime and 59-30 after three quarters. Hayden Carlson added 12 points for Kent City.
Kent City moves to 11-4 on the year and 8-0 in conference play, good for first place. The Eagles hold a one-game lead over Holton, who they will face in their next game Feb. 18. Hesperia falls to 1-13 on the year and 0-8 in the conference.
