The Fruitport Calvary girls basketball team easily handled Wyoming Lee by a 55-15 margin on Friday night.

Nora Pollock led the Eagles with a double-double with 11 rebounds and 10 steals.

Cate Anhalf led the scoring for Fruitport Calvary with 21 points, followed by KcKena Wilson with 14 and Reagan Payton with 10.

Fruitport Calvary Christian led 11-2 after the first quarter, 32-10 at halftime and 49-13 going into the fourth quarter.

The Eagles are now 12-2 for the season, with a 6-0 record in the Alliance League conference.

HOLLAND CHRISTIAN 55, SPRING LAKE 25 – The Lakers struggled offensively, only managing to score in the double digits during the third quarter on Friday night.

Spring Lake trailed 18-8 after the first quarter, 34-12 at halftime and 43-23 through three quarters.

Meah Bajt paced the Lakers with six points while Ella Andree added five.

Spring Lake is now 10-6 on the season and 6-4 in league play.

WEST MICHIGAN CONFERENCE

MASON COUNTY CENTRAL 36, RAVENNA 16 – Mallory Miller and Wren Nelson led the Spartans with eight points each, followed by Grace Weinert with six on Friday in a league contest.

The Spartans blanked Ravenna 11-0 during the first quarter and maintained the shutout at 22-0 going into the halftime break.

Mason County Central had a 26-7 advantage at the end of the third stanza.

The Spartans are now 10-5 overall and 7-4 in the West Michigan Conference play.

HART 71, NORTH MUSKEGON 22 – The Pirates cruised to a West Michigan Conference win on Friday night.

Hart led 28-7 at the end of the opening quarter, 44-9 at halftime and 62-13 heading into the fourth quarter.

Addi Hovey paced the Pirates with 18 points, five rebounds and eight steals. Aspen Boutell added 14 points, three assists and three steals.

Hart’s Abby Hicks contributed with 13 points, five assists and seven steals and Mariana VanAgtmael scored eight points.

LAKES 8 CONFERENCE

LUDINGTON 56, ORCHARD VIEW 14 – Keelyn Laird, Rylee Stone and RyAnn Rohrer each scored 12 points for Ludington, with Olivia Lynn added nine.

The Orioles led 18-0 after the first quarter, 33-5 at halftime and 52-12 going into the fourth quarter.

Ludington is now 13-4 overall, with a 7-1 record in the Lakes 8 conference, while the Cardinals fell to 1-16 overall and 0-8 in conference play.

MUSKEGON HEIGHTS 57, MUSKEGON CATHOLIC 47 – The Crusaders trailed 12-11 after the first quarter, then led 24-22 at halftime and 36-35 heading into the fourth quarter.

The Tigers closed out the contest strong with a 22-11 run to complete a comeback for a win.

MCC was paced by Sara Albanese with 13 points, while Katherine Rauch added 11.

The Crusaders are now 8-7 on the season and 4-3 in league play. Both teams will play each other again on Tuesday.

KENT CITY 55, HESPERIA 11 – The Eagles jumped out to a 27-4 lead after the opening quarter and never looked back.

Kent City increased its advantage to 36-4 at halftime and 48-6 heading into the final stanza.

The Panthers were led by Emma Joppich with five points and nine rebounds while Emmet Tinkham pulled down a team-high 10 rebounds.

Hesperia dropped its record to 2-12 on the season and 0-8 in league play.

NEWAYGO 62, FREMONT 19 – The Packers trailed 19-3 after the first quarter, 43-10 at halftime and 58-18 through three quarters.

Haley Zerlaut led Fremont with eight points.

The Packers are now 2-14 on the season and 2-8 in CSAA Gold division play. They will travel to play Grant on Tuesday.
