Wednesday Prep Bowling Roundup: Many area teams pick up victories

The Ravenna girls were dominant in a matchup with Oakridge on Wednesday, winning 28-2 over their rivals.

Mae Mabrito led the Bulldogs with a series score of 356 while Emily Linck bowled a game of 147.

Rounding out the top Ravenna scores were Kendra Denhof with 138, Alison Phillips with 137 and Emma Herremans with 133.

HUDSONVILLE 26, CALEDONIA 4 – Tana Baar led the Eagles with a 205 game, while Morgan Blouw threw a 200 game and Ciara DeJongh threw totaled 189.

REETHS-PUFFER 27, MUSKEGON 3 – Dakota Murdaugh led the Big Reds in the loss with a 287 series.

LUDINGTON 18, HOLTON 12 – Abigail Ashley led the Orioles with a 268 series, followed by Rylee Hardenburgh with a 252 series and Elecia Byrd with a 233 series.

UNITY CHRISTIAN 27, FRUITPORT 3 – Brynna Hanson led the Trojans with a series score of 400 in the loss while Raegan Dykstra bowled a game of 153 and Riley Lusk totaled 132.

OAKRIDGE 17.5, RAVENNA 12.5 – Dylan Gordon led the Ravenna boys with a series score of 368 on Wednesday night while Josiah Kantola had a series score of 329. Brandon McFarren totaled a series score of 285 for Ravenna.

MONA SHORES 29, GR UNION 1 – Caleb Leonard threw a 208 game and a 367 series to lead the Sailors, followed by Dylan Goryl with a 343 series and Nathan Trowbridge with a 335 series.

MUSKEGON 16, REETHS-PUFFER 14 – Ian Morse led the Big Reds with a series of 320, followed by Corvonta Chandler (281), Devin Rossi (281), Earnest Harris (280) and BJ Wright (270).

HOLTON 27, LUDINGTON 3 – Cameron Fetters led the Orioles in the loss with a 279 series, while Christian Fetters threw a 275 series.

FRUITPORT 27, UNITY CHRISTIAN 3 – Brandon Khron led the Trojans with a series score of 469 while Gage Wadland had a game score of 178 and Mason Murphy totaled 161.
