Charley Klint scored 25 points to lead the Whitehall girls basketball team to a 51-17 non-league win over Fruitport on Tuesday.

Whitehall led 12-4 at the end of the opening quarter, 26-8 at halftime and 37-12 through three quarters.

Autumn Ferris chipped in with six points for the Vikings while McKena Coron had a strong defensive game with 11 rebounds and five steals.

Whitehall is now 3-4 on the season and 2-2 in league play.

COOPERSVILLE 39, OAKRIDGE 38 – The Eagles failed to hold on to their lead falling by a point after getting outscored by a 13-5 margin during the fourth quarter.

Oakridge led 10-8 after the first quarter, 22-19 at halftime and 33-26 heading into the final stanza.

The Eagles were led by Lily Blackburn with eight points and four steals while Anna Lundquist added seven points and 16 rebounds. Jasmine Pastor chipped in with six points.

Oakridge is now 1-5 overall and 0-3 in league play.

MONA SHORES 46, SHELBY 29 – The Sailors led 10-7 after the first quarter, 20-11 at halftime and 31-17 heading into the fourth quarter.

Ali Phillips paced Mona Shores with 17 points, while Olivia Sobczak added 10 and Jenna Tierman had seven.

Kendall Zoulek paced Shelby with 14 points while Aubrey Klotz pulled down six rebounds.

The Tigers are now 4-4 overall and 2-2 in league play, while Mona Shores improved to 5-1 on the season.

GRAND RAPIDS WEST CATHOLIC 58, REETHS-PUFFER 44 – The Rockets trailed 18-9 after the first quarter, 38-24 at halftime and 50-31 through three quarters.

Sophia Hekkema paced Reeths-Puffer with 19 points and six rebounds while Ariel Walker added 10 points.

KENOWA HILLS 58, TRI-COUNTY 35 – The Knights were led by Adrianna Marsiglia with 30 points while Arena Guilarte added 12. Kenowa Hills is now 4-1 overall on the season.
