The Pentwater girls basketball team failed to hang on to its early lead, falling to Walkerville 48-32 on Thursday night.
The Falcons started out strong, leading 14-6 after the first quarter, but trailed 23-18 at halftime and 36-30 through three quarters.
Mikaylyn Kenney paced Pentwater with 12 points and 15 rebounds while Haidyn Adams scored eight points. Jocelyn Richison added seven points and four rebounds.
Sam Schaefer and Mackenna Hasil pulled down eight and seven rebounds, respectively.
