Spring Lake has some size at the guard position but not in the post. The team will need to improve on its rebounding ability.

Coach Core believes that Hudsonville Unity Christian has the best chance to win the O-K Blue Conference this season.

The Lakers will host Whitehall on Tuesday December 7 in their season opener.
