RETURNING STARTERS
Darius Williams, 5-8 senior guard. The fourth-year varsity player will look to make a big jump offensively as a senior after deferring to his teammates in previous seasons.

OTHER KEY RETURNERS
Khi Thomas, senior guard, brings athleticism and an all-around game and will be looked to for veteran leadership.
Stephon Oakes, sophomore guard, will be trusted with more responsibilities after making varsity as a freshman last year.

KEY NEWCOMERS
Orchard View will have several new faces this year after a talented senior class graduated, including senior Logan Snider, juniors Chew Chew Allen and Khamani Watson, sophomores Keith McCalister, Delaney Oakes, CJ Pimpleton, Toro Lin and freshmen Dontya Johnson and Domantae McQuarter.

ANTICIPATED TEAM STRENGTHS
The Cardinals will have a lot of speed and athleticism this year, and Bronsema expects his group to bring a lot of raw skill to the court as well.

ANTICIPATED TEAM CHALLENGES
Orchard View is lacking height this season, with just one player measuring over 6-0. The team will also be young, meaning they’ll have to adjust to the varsity game quickly.

CONFERENCE FAVORITES
Western Michigan Chrstian and Ludington could once again be at the top of the conference with Orchard View, according to Coach Bronsema.

FIRST GAME
The Cardinals open the season Friday, Dec. 10, at Muskegon Heights. Their home opener is Friday, Dec. 17 against Muskegon Catholic Central.
