The Mona Shores offense was unstoppable on Friday night, as the Sailors downed Holland 76-24 behind five passing touchdowns from quarterback Mark Konecny.
The Sailors were successful on the ground as well, scoring six rushing touchdowns on the night. Dahmir Farnum led the ground effort with two of the six TDs and 151 yards rushing.
Konecny, Brandon Bankard, Landon Thalman, and Jon Gemzer all cashed in one rushing touchdown on the night.
Leading in receiving for the Sailors was Demetri Roberson, who caught two touchdowns for 60 yards total, while Farnum, CJ Ivy and David Fredrick each caught a touchdown.
Defensively, Roberson and Fredrick both hauled in interceptions for the Sailors. Kemper Millis led the team in tackles with six while Drew Sandberg notched a sack on the night.
Mona Shores moves to 6-2 on the season and will host Wyoming next week to finish out the regular season.
