Brianna Stawski records 1000th career kill, leads RP to a 2-1 record at quad match

Brianna Stawski recorded her 1000th kill of her career as the Reeths-Puffer volleyball team posted a 2-1 record at a quad match on Thursday night.

The Rockets defeated Wyoming (25-12, 25-14) and Kenowa Hills (25-18, 25-17), then lost to Hudsonville Unity Christian (12-25, 17-25).

Sophia Hekkema led Reeths-Puffer with 21 kills while Stawski added 20, which included her 1000th. Allison McManus chipped in with 50 assists.

The Rockets were led defensively by Tessa Lamphere with 12 digs while Stawski added six along with five blocks.

Reeths-Puffer is now 15-12 overall on the season.
